Sunday Jubilee Returns Policy

We hope you love your Sunday Jubilee piece. Each item is crafted with care and intention. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an in-stock purchase, we are here to help.

To initiate a return, please email hello@sundayjubilee.com with your order number, image of the item and reason for return.

Returns Eligibility
    •    Returns are accepted only on in-stock items.
    •    Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.
    •    Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note: Due to the natural characteristics of stone, variations in colour, veining, texture, and markings are not considered faults.

Return Window
    •    You must notify us of your intention to return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.
    •    Returned items must be collected or shipped back within the timeframe agreed with our team.

Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
    •    Due to the size, weight, and fragility of our furniture pieces, we strongly recommend using our white-glove return collection service.
    •    We cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred during unauthorised or self-arranged returns.

White Glove Collection Pricing (UK Mainland)

Return pricing is based on the size, weight, and collection postcode of each item.

Up to 100kg
    •    2-person delivery team
    •    From £95

Up to 150kg
    •    3-person delivery team
    •    From £245

Up to 200kg
    •    4-person delivery team
    •    From £405

Final return costs are dependent on your collection postcode.

Building Access
    •    Ground floor/first-floor collection included
    •    Lift access required for collections above the first floor
    •    If no lift is available, a £25 per floor surcharge applies

Highlands & Remote Areas
    •    Returns available on request
    •    Pricing confirmed prior to approval

Refunds
    •    Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    •    Original delivery, handling, and service fees are non-refundable.
    •    If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a refund may be refused or reduced accordingly.
